I took the day off cause I need a bit of a rest. Well that turned into me eating some food that I have been trying to avoid. I guess this means more workouts this week to make up for it

Breakfast - Nothing well cup of tea
Snack - Chips n salsa Mmmmm water and water
Lunch - Pizza!!!!! Yeah water water
Snack - More chips n salsa Mmmmm water water
Dinner - Stomach ache!!!! Water
