I think I finally broke the seal on my rusty legs today. I was able to get my run faster and smoother in the park. I almost felt like a real runner and felt I belonged in the park with the rest of the athletes. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come in the future. Biking is something I am having a hard to getting going because i am liking the running right now.

Made it out to Boulder today to see what kinda riding they have up there. The first time I went out there I was here for only 3 days and almost died from the change in altitude. I felt much better this time but when I was out on 36 on the way to Lyons I hit a wall of wind for six miles. I turned back and made it a short day on the bike to save it for another day. I must embrace the 30 mph head winds and push through because it will pay off on the calm days.

Snack - Salad w/ pork loin peanuts water chocolate milk
Dinner - tuna fish apple juice, water
