Made it out to Boulder today to see what kinda riding they have up there. The first time I went out there I was here for only 3 days and almost died from the change in altitude. I felt much better this time but when I was out on 36 on the way to Lyons I hit a wall of wind for six miles. I turned back and made it a short day on the bike to save it for another day. I must embrace the 30 mph head winds and push through because it will pay off on the calm days.
Breakfast - Banana water
Snack - Cereal bar water
Lunch - 2x Cereals on the ride with water
Snack - Salad w/ pork loin peanuts water chocolate milk
Dinner - tuna fish apple juice, water
